This week I have been in the process of rounding of my term! This involves long nights hunched over books in an effort to get just one more essay finished before the break! To keep my spirits high I have tried to work a little christmas spirit in to my look each day! A little suggestion of Christmas brings a little bit of joy, even when you have to skip over a mince pie break in favour of one more hour of reading. Here is what I have used! Oh and merry Bridgemas (Cambridge Christmas!)
Red Eye shadow- (gulp)
I know what your thinking red eye shadow ?!?! Thats just going too far. Now its true red is no easy colour to pull off as to put it simply -It’s just not flattering on the eyes. However those magic elves at M.A.C have made adding the go to festive colour easy! The beautiful ‘Cranberry’ is easy to wear, rich in colour and subtle on! Switch out your usual brown tone for this delicious colour!
Red nails! – Obvious and easy! Here are my Christmas claws. Using ‘I am not really a waitress’ by OPI as a base I applied China Glazes’ ruby slippers. This is amazing glitter as the glitter is built in with the polish so you only see it sparkle in the light rather than a chunky glitter laying on top of the nails. My ring finger finishes this look off as the white paper glitter coos winter wonderland!
Red Lip – What can I say classic! Post coming soon!
Christmas clothes! – Be it the classic jumper, skirt or scarf now is the time to chuck on some festive gear! Primark is always a good shout for cheap and over the top Christmas garble. I am in love with my knitted christmas skirt- its just soo cute!
lots of love my lovelies
